With roots in account management at a large traditional agency, as well as a startup agency before going freelance, she understands the value of developing and protecting client relationships.
After shifting to a production + creative resourcing position, ultimately leading the agency’s Creative Ops, she knew she found her niche. As someone who thrives on pushing for method amid madness, she strives to bridge the gap between clients and creatives.
Laura’s cross-training has manifested in the development and polishing of several tools and templates she brings to every production. Her intent is always to reduce ambiguity and to speak to the needs of creative directors, account directors and EPs alike, all the while putting out fires and keeping trains moving.
